International Orders

Now we are accepting orders from clients residing outside United States. Due to high cost of international shipping and insurance, custom duties, taxes, and fees, we offer to international customers more convenient and secure way - to store their precious metals in segregated vault storage using service of VIA MAT INTERNATIONAL - one of world's largest and oldest armored transport and storage company. International orders can NOT be placed online, you need to contact us via email and establish storage account first. To establish account you will need to complete application form and provide us with notarized copy of your current passport.

We have the following requirement for international orders:

1. Order must be paid by wire transfer

2. Minimum order for gold items – 5 oz

3. Minimum order for silver items – 200 oz

 

Please follow the following simple steps to place an order:

 

1. E-mail us your name and address to establish account with Via Mat International and Ulanix.

2. We will email you back forms required to establish account with Via Mat International;

3. E-mail, mail or fax us completed forms and notarized copy of your passport as well as list of items you want to purchase (gold and silver items will be shipped separately). Please see below what items are available for ordering;

4. We will place your order with wholesaler, lock price of metal and email you invoice for payment via wire transfer;

5. Invoice should be paid within 2 business days;

6. After payment will be received, your order will be scheduled for processing and shipment to Via Mat vault in Miami.

7. After receiving shipment, Via Mat will issue certificate of Storage and email it to you.
