Returning watches to Ulanix™
If you are not satisfied with your watch purchase, you may return it to Ulanix™ within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping*, handling, or other charges. Please note that the watch must be undamaged and in "original" condition (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, which will be refunded via company check.
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
If return exceeds two (2) of the same item or from the same customer within a 30 calendar day period the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You must obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from Ulanix™ before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service to obtain an RFI number.
All watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. "Original condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on watches and no signs of wear; the security tags are still attached and the watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Return Instructions:
- Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork.
- Cut out the pre-printed return shipping label from your original packing list and affix it to the outside of the box with packing tape. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the pre-printed label.
- The RFI number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return-shipping label.
Ulanix™ is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or is not returned in accordance with these terms.
*If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact a Customer Service Specialist no later than 5 business days after receipt. On a case-by-case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of $12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered merchandise. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service immediately.
