What are your customer service hours?
Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Time)

What are your shipping and handling charges?
We ship all our watches free of charge using FedEx ground service. If you prefer faster service you can choose 2nd day or overnight delivery, but in this case shipping charge based on destination and FedEx fees will be applied.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
We approve the card at the point of sale, but will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your watch.

Is my credit card transaction safe?
We encrypt all credit card information to ensure every transaction is secure.

Which types of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as personal or bank checks and money order. If you want to pay by wire transfer please e-mail customer service at e-mail for bank details.

How will I know if you received my order?
An e-mail confirmation will automatically be generated and sent to you, confirming that we have received your order.

What should I do if I have a problem or question about my order or billing?

Do you accept international orders?
Currently we do not accept international orders.

When and how will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1 business day from date of order. You will be notified of any delay. We ship all orders via FedEx with insurance and will send you conformation e-mail with tracking number for your shipment.

What is your policy regarding price changes, product availability and order quantities?
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax for Florida's residents.

How do I cancel my order?
If your order was not shipped yet, you can cancel it at any time. Your credit card will not charged. Please e-mail us your cancellation request. If order was shipped, you can return it after receiving. See our return policy for details.

Will you sell my name to another company?
We do not distribute any of our customer information to other companies. For more information, see Privacy Policy.
